August 18, 2017 in Appaman News, Appaman Style, In the news, Press, Star Style

We are so excited here at Appaman to drop our amazing winter line next week. So, we thought we’d do a PRESS ROUND UP of all the places you might have seen Appaman’s  FW17 line out and about.

RACKED

We got a shout out in one of our favorite fashion blogs, RACKED, in an article on shopping for fun and unique Kid’s clothing. It turns out that Anica John, CEO of Kid Things is a huge Appaman fan! She comments:

“I knew that I needed to get some brands that do boys’ clothes really well so it would be fun to shop for them.” She cites brands like Appaman and Andy + Evan as ones that carry more imaginative boys’ looks.”

APPAMAN IN PARENTS MAGAZINE: FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL FEATURE

You might have seen us Family Fun’s super cute round-up of back-to-school wear. We love the bright  colors and graphics! Can you spot our slim leg denim, our best-selling twill pants in jungle green and our girls Adler tee (the super cute silver donut print is hard to miss!)

APPAMAN IN B3 CARIBBEAN

We cannot get enough of this gorgeous cover pic of Ziggy Marley and his family. How handsome do the boys look in our fine tailoring?

Kids Fashion Ideas for Fall: Mini Me Looks
As kids fashion ideas go, finding grown up looks for littles is always a safe bet for maximum style. Trends may come and go, but sophisticated style is always a winner. Instead of stealing from mom and dad’s closet for the latest styles, we built our fall collection to include some classic looks that even the youngest family members will love. From boys flannel shirts and chunky cardigans to houndstooth coats and denim jeggings for girls, we’ve got their wardrobe covered this fall and winter. These are looks they’ll never grow tired of–and will make them feel like a little adult.

Girl Trends for Spring: Artsy and Gutsy

April 14, 2016 in Appaman Style

Girls Watercolor collection Appaman

We got a little artsy this spring at Appaman. We took an artistic approach to our girls collection and went bold with pops of watercolor, splatter paint effects and pretty pastel colors. Our designers caught art fever and Miami’s Art Basel last year. Some of the standouts from the collection are the Appaman Piper Tank Top in navy blue with a cool halter back and watercolor sleeves; the Kennedy Romper, a fun and girlie take on the summer style must-have; the Trinity Coverup, the adorable zip-up dress that is perfect for beach, pool and easy to throw on for a jaunt to the ice cream store; and the Harper Track Short in watercolor that looks good with virtually every t-shirt in her closet.

Appaman Girls Watercolors Style 2

The entire spring Watercolor collection for girls is best worn with a healthy dose of fun and cool girl attitude. The Emma Halter Dress in Navy Blue (pictured above) is easy summer living at its best. With a super cool halter detail in the back and flowy silhouette, Emma will take her from pool to play time in style. We love this girls trend for spring! Another favorite is the Kensington Pant, an 80’s throwback to splatter paint style. It looks so right again, this time done in a flattering fit with a rolled up hem and drawstring waist. Top it all off with the woven Audrey Fedora Hat in Pastel Green and her blend of artsy style will rule the pack this spring and summer.

Kids Fashion Trends Borrowed from Mom

Kids Fall Fashion Trends | Appaman

Honey I shrunk the blazer! Fall’s top fashion trends are not just for grown-ups. The best kids fashion trends take a cue from what mom’s got in her closet. From glamorous faux fur and chic motorcycle jackets to skinny jeans and chambray shirts, there are some major fashion moments happening on the playgrounds this season. Here, a look at the best mini-me girls fashion trends stolen straight from mom.

Girls Black Blazer | Appaman

The Black Tuxedo Blazer
We are loving a crisp black blazer worn over a t-shirt and jeans or paired with a pretty dress.  There’s something so classic and chic about a tuxedo blazer for girls. This is one borrowed from the boys look that should be in every little girl–and grown-up–wardrobe.

Faux Fur Vest Girls | AppamanThe Faux Fur Vest
Everyday just got a whole lot more glamorous, thanks to this brown faux fur vest. It looks effortlessly cool when casually thrown over a long-sleeve tee and jeans and it’s a no-brainer for fancier nights out.

Girls Denim Shirt Appaman

The Denim Shirt
If there’s one wardrobe item that literally goes with everything, it’s a chambray shirt. It’s the perfect layer piece over t-shirts, tank tops and even dresses. Moms and their mini-mes will live in it all year round.

Appaman Girls Jeggings

The Denim Jegging
As an all-around live-in-them pair of jeans, the skinny denim jegging is a fashion favorite. Ours are a classic 5-pocket style constructed from super-soft and comfy French terry and with a cool distressed look.

Moto Jacket for Girls | Appaman

The Moto Jacket
Fashion trends may come and go, but you’ll never tire of a classic motorcycle jacket. Invest in one that will last for more than one season and wear it in the fall and spring. We love the faux fur collar and classic styling of the Appaman Moto Jacket.

Appaman Printed Jogger Pants for Girls

The Printed Jogger Pants
Boho chic is one trend that always looks cool. A pair of slouchy pants in a bohemian-inspired print will take her far this season. We call it off-duty glam, she’ll call them the comfiest pants ever.
