Girl Trends for Spring: Artsy and Gutsy

April 14, 2016 in Appaman Style

Girls Watercolor collection Appaman

We got a little artsy this spring at Appaman. We took an artistic approach to our girls collection and went bold with pops of watercolor, splatter paint effects and pretty pastel colors. Our designers caught art fever and Miami’s Art Basel last year. Some of the standouts from the collection are the Appaman Piper Tank Top in navy blue with a cool halter back and watercolor sleeves; the Kennedy Romper, a fun and girlie take on the summer style must-have; the Trinity Coverup, the adorable zip-up dress that is perfect for beach, pool and easy to throw on for a jaunt to the ice cream store; and the Harper Track Short in watercolor that looks good with virtually every t-shirt in her closet.

Appaman Girls Watercolors Style 2

The entire spring Watercolor collection for girls is best worn with a healthy dose of fun and cool girl attitude. The Emma Halter Dress in Navy Blue (pictured above) is easy summer living at its best. With a super cool halter detail in the back and flowy silhouette, Emma will take her from pool to play time in style. We love this girls trend for spring! Another favorite is the Kensington Pant, an 80’s throwback to splatter paint style. It looks so right again, this time done in a flattering fit with a rolled up hem and drawstring waist. Top it all off with the woven Audrey Fedora Hat in Pastel Green and her blend of artsy style will rule the pack this spring and summer.
